This privacy policy applies to the INCUE app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by INCUE Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Certain features (including interview practice, business conversation practice, entry sheet (ES) assistance, group discussion, and aptitude-related features) use artificial intelligence. When you use these features, information you enter or record may be sent from your device to servers operated by the Service Provider and then to the following third parties for processing:
Depending on the feature, categories of data that may be sent include: text you type; audio from the microphone; transcripts of audio; session context needed to generate feedback; and related technical metadata required to operate the service.
The Application shows an in-app notice before you use AI-powered features and asks for your agreement. Do not enter highly sensitive personal data (for example, national ID numbers, payment card or bank account numbers) in the Application.
For how these providers handle data they receive, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Microphone / Audio: The Application accesses the microphone to record your voice where features require audio (for example, interview practice and business conversation practice). Audio may be transmitted to the Service Provider's servers and to the third-party AI providers listed above to transcribe speech and generate feedback. We do not use audio data for advertising or cross-app targeting. Audio is not stored longer than necessary to provide the requested feature.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may process personally identifiable information you provide, including audio (processed to provide feedback) and device information, as described in this policy.
Firebase (Analytics / Cloud Messaging): The Application uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), to measure app performance/usage and deliver push notifications. This may involve processing identifiers such as device/app instance identifiers and push tokens. These data are used to operate and improve the service and are not sold by the Service Provider.
The Application is ad-supported. Advertisements may be served by third-party networks (for example, Google). Those providers may use identifiers and related information under their own policies and your device settings.
We transmit information to external providers that help us provide the service, including the AI providers named in "Third-party AI services and data we share" above, Firebase services used for analytics and push notifications, and advertising partners as described under "Advertising". These providers are used only for the purposes described in this privacy policy.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device. AI-powered features require your in-app consent; if you do not agree, those features are not available as described in the Application.
The Service Provider does not keep the content of AI processing (such as transcripts and prompts) in a long-term database solely for storage. Some content (for example, ES drafts) may be stored only locally on your device; removing the Application deletes that local data. The Service Provider may retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. If you'd like us to delete user provided data held by the Service Provider, please contact us at incue.official.team@gmail.com.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-03-24.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us, including transmission to the third parties identified above where applicable.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, please contact the Service Provider via email at incue.official.team@gmail.com.
